The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

Habit 1: Be Proactive
"Habit 1 is the key to unlocking all the other habits and that's why it comes first. It says, "I am the captain of my life. I can choose my attitude. I'm responsible for my own happiness or unhappiness. I am in the driver's seat of my destiny, and not a passenger."
The habit 1 is the most important. If you want to make a change, them you are supposed to take he initiative and change our course of life. Remember that you can change your destiny if you really like to.
"I like to encourage people to realize that any action is a good action if it's proactive and there is positive intent behind it."-Michael J. Fox

Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind
"Control your own destiny or someone else will." (Jack Welch)
"When you know where you intend to end up, you know where you are now." (Covey)
If you do this, you will do things better. You need to do things that will get you closer to what you want. You shouldn't sacrifice what you want in the future. Always do things to get you closer to the end. If you have what you want in the end in your mind, you will automatically strive to get it. You must have a plan. This will consist of goals.
"The key is not to prioritize what's on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities."-Steven Covey

Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw
The Four Dimensions of Self-Renewal: Physical, Mental, Spiritual, Social/Emotional
You should always sharpen the saw before you do anything. This mean that you should take care of your body, mind, heart, and soul. More specifically it mean that you should put yourself first. If you are not healthy, how will you do a good job in other things? How will you focus? Another thing is that you should spend time with others and remember that you not only learn in school, but you learn everywhere.
"Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe."-Abraham Lincoln
